The Benefits of Natural Vitamin C

One of the most popular nutritional supplements
is vitamin C. It is used as a first line of defence
against a host of medical conditions. When we
decide to consume vitamin C we have a number of

Many of us take a supplement when we have colds.
But vitamin C's benefits go far beyond that. It can

as vitamins are better absorbed by our body when
taken in the liquid form.

It is rare for people to overdose with vitamin C
but when this occurs it may produce upset stomachs
and diarrhoea. Preferably keep away from products
